(Can't forget to mention Maitlin Henry here too as she was great in answering all my initial relocation questions.) Sarah and team were very patient as we literally "marathoned' about 6 homes per day covering a large area in a short amount of time. Homes covered everything from new builds to gently lived in. Her one recommendation was second to none and we can't wait to close on our new home. Her knowledge base on relocation moves, contingent offers, counter offers, inspections etc., timing, availability after hours is incredible. Trust me when I say, you wouldn't want anyone else in your corner while purchasing your new home. Recommended vendors were also a big plus!!!!! Affordable, trustworthy and great customer care across the board! All have been excellent to work with. If your on the fence about which realtor to use, Sarah and her team are top notch and bring nothing but white glove value added service to their customers.
