She was responsive, spent time visiting, investigating, and videoing several properties for us, She steered us away from properties in areas she felt were not on a positive track for price growth or long-term appreciation and negotiated a fair price that was under the property's appraised value. She also hooked us up with contacts for insurance, contractors, and service vendors that she had good relationships with. Her team was also very responsive, answering questions and getting us all the necessary materials for closing on the property quickly. Sarah walked my husband and me through every step of the house hunting and buying process since it was our first time buying. We sold our home in Washington and found the PERFECT realtor in Georgia where we are moving! From our first contact a year ago, Sarah was our "go to" person for finding the right home. Sarah's assistant showed us the list of homes prepared for us in both areas. On the first day, we found the one in Flowery Branch. Sarah worked with the sellers agent and within a week, offer was accepted. Jessa B. (Client Concierge) was very attentive to all the questions my husband & had during the process and was a pleasure. Overall, the process of buying a home and relocating went smooth with Sarah and her team. We are a little over a month in our new home and happy with the area we chose. One area of improvement would be their follow up responses for recommendations for contractors, businesses, etc in which Sarah's team offered assistance on twice in person and email. No response yet, but we moved on and found our own contractors.
