Hey y’all! I’m Sarah, and just like many of my clients, I made the move to North Georgia 9 years ago—and I’ve never looked back. I grew up in South Georgia, so I’ve been a Georgia girl my whole life, and now I get to help others discover what makes this state so special. 

After 7 years as a teacher, I took a leap of faith and followed my dream of becoming a real estate agent. Today, I specialize in helping people relocate to North Georgia—whether you're a first-time buyer, downsizing, or just looking for a fresh start in a beautiful place. And yes, I’m that agent who’ll cheerfully say “Welcome, y’all!” when you arrive. 😄

When I’m not helping clients buy or sell, you’ll usually find me boating on Lake Lanier, hiking the local trails, curled up with a book (I have to read before bed), or on the hunt for the best tacos in town—because tacos are life. 🌮
